When it comes to pricing our kit homes, we offer three flexible options:
- Do-it-yourself: Delivery of kit materials ready for owner-builder to install
- Builder install to lockup stage: Constructed onsite without connections
- Builder install to turnkey stage: Built to completion, ready to move in.
Because every new build is unique, our builders prepare quotes on a project-by-project basis. However, to assist you with your budget calculations, you can view pricing estimates below, based on historical data on typical projects completed.
Additional variable costs
Keep in mind that the supplied prices are subject to change, and the estimates apply to a flat, accessible site. Additional variable costs may apply, for example, on a sloping site, or in areas that are prone to bushfires, floods, or snow loads. Our one and two-bedroom granny flats include a bathroom and living zone, plus all the sustainable features and quality inclusions found in all of our kit homes.
