It is a great opportunity for a young family building a granny flat in their parents’ or relative’s backyard or on land. It can be quite a substantial financial support considering the cost to build and fully furnish a 1 or 2 bedroom granny flat is around $100,000-$150,000. For example, to build a healthy-to-live in Scandinavian tiny home Cyprus made of sustainable FSC timber packed with European quality inclusions such as German profile double glazed windows and doors can cost you as little as $95,000 [for a full list of premium inclusions visit our granny flats page and click on a building design of your choice]. Scandinavian design and engineering kit homes are top quality and yet cost efficient due to savings on men labor hours. Building precisely cut to size YZY kit homes is a very fast and hassle free process. See the building process of this beauty in the article “New Granny Flat For Christmas In Queensland“
